(hereinafter WiSphere), makes available to individuals who access its We site in order to provide them with information about the products and services and/or third parties, and to provide access to the same, as well as the contracting of services and goods by means of the same (collectively the "Services").

As of the moment of registration, they will become part of the so-called WiSphere" The User ID will consist of the User’s e-mail address and a password. To access a User account, it is necessary to include this identifier and a password containing at least 4 characters.

In this regard, the User agrees to use the password diligently and to maintain the secrecy of the same, assuming full responsibility for the consequences of its disclosure to third parties.

In the event of the User knowing or suspecting that his/her password has been used by third, he/she must immediately modify the same in the way set out in the Website.

III. CORRECT USE OF THE SERVICES

WiSphere excludes all liability for damages of any kind that may be occasioned by a lack of truthfulness, accuracy, completeness and/or timeliness of the Services transmitted, disseminated, stored, made available or received, obtained or accessed through the Website, as well as by the Services provided or offered by third parties or entities. WiSphere shall make every effort to update and correct any information hosted on the Website that does not meet the minimum guarantee of truthfulness.
